All orders with an order value above $99 will be shipped free via USPS. You will receive an order confirmation with a trackable shipment number.

In the event that you would like to return for a size mismatch or a quality issue, we request that you return the shoe in as shipped(new, unworn with all tags still attached) condition, and with the original packaging. Where possible, we will offer to repair any quality issues with the product. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
CMAApparel will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) form which will contain a few questions to indicate why you are unsatisfied with the product. All items returned must be shipped with the RMA provided by us to allow for prompt processing.
You will be responsible for returning the product via a trackable shipping option and bear the cost for the same. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and initiate the refund process.
We would like to retain you as a customer and as a small business, we want to be able to continue serving all our customers. We would like to offer you an opportunity to exchange your purchase for a different size or style (by paying the difference if any). As always shipping the product to you will be free for order value over $99.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store gift card will be issued via an email within 10 business days.
